HP OfficeJet 2620 printer won't connect I have a mid-2011 mac mini running High Sierra 10.13.6 and an OfficeJet 2620 All-in-One printer which I used with my previous 2009 mini running Snow Leopard 10.6.8. The HP 8720 works fin with Windows 10 PC with all current updates. I find it to be strange because M1 unit has no problem driving the 2019 model 8740 printer with the same configuration. I keep getting a message like "Some of the software for the printer is missing" and to contact the printer manufacturer for the latest compatible software.
